Growing in the company is possible if you show that you want it. For example, I started the Assembly Line, then I did Quality and now I’m the Line Leader. Sometimes it was difficult for me because I’m from a different country, but look where I am now. The atmosphere is very nice, my colleagues are very friendly. We go out and party together after work hours. It feel like family.
